Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. She was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. In just one year she earned her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from the point where she had left taking part in elite contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. At the end 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. In summer 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. It's no surprise that she placed so well, in light of the contest. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
